These Terms govern your use of EasyBooking. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who we are
EasyBooking provides appointment booking tools for service providers, including a shareable booking link, confirmation receipts, WhatsApp booking notifications, and a dashboard for managing bookings.
2) Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3) Using the service
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Do not misuse the platform, attempt to hack it, or disrupt it.
- Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others’ rights.
4) Bookings, clients, and responsibilities
You are responsible for the services you provide to your clients and for the accuracy of your availability, pricing (if used), and booking details.
Clients book appointments through your booking link. You are responsible for attending, rescheduling, cancelling, and communicating with clients.
5) WhatsApp notifications
If you enable WhatsApp notifications, EasyBooking will attempt to send booking alerts to your WhatsApp number (and optionally other numbers, depending on your configuration).
Delivery depends on WhatsApp and/or third-party messaging providers and may be delayed, filtered, or fail. We do not guarantee delivery.
6) Payments and subscriptions
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at the time of purchase. Fees may be billed monthly or annually depending on your plan.
Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access continues until the end of your billing period.
7) Privacy
Your use of EasyBooking is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.
You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws when collecting or processing your clients’ data.
8) Intellectual property
EasyBooking and its branding, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the service without permission.
9) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or if required to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
You may stop using the service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support.
10) Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that bookings/notifications will always be delivered.
EasyBooking is not responsible for disputes between you and your clients.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyBooking will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
12) Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date and may notify you through the product or by other means.
